Pricing FAQs

Is there a minimum contract?

Yes. Every retainer has a minimum term, with the exact initial and renewal terms depending on the package and set out clearly in your proposal. Retainers then renew for a further fixed term unless you give us at least 30 days notice before the renewal date. We will always talk the terms through with you before you commit.

Can I change plan as we grow?

Of course. Your price follows your team size, so as you grow we simply update your plan at your next review. Plenty of clients start on HR Advice or HR Support and move up as their needs change, and we will always talk it through with you first.

What is included, and what is extra?

Your retainer covers expert advice, guidance and the documents for your cases. If you would like us more hands-on, whether that is running a full case, attending a meeting, or taking your day-to-day admin off your plate, that is all available too, either within HR Manager or as an add-on. We will tailor the right mix with you and set it out clearly in your proposal.

Do you charge for meetings?

Online review meetings and strategic planning calls are built into the HR Partner and Strategic HR Advisory packages, and short advisory calls are part of every retainer. If you would like us to attend or chair a formal meeting, online or on-site, we are happy to, and we will include it in your proposal so you know exactly where you stand.

Do you do the admin, or just advise?

Both, depending on what suits you. Every retainer includes our advice and guidance, and we will draft your case letters and give you a script. If you would rather hand over the day-to-day people admin, such as right-to-work checks, offer letters and contract changes, that is what the HR Manager retainer is for. We will help you choose the right level.
