ABOUT ME!

I am an HR Consultant with 14 years of commercial HR experience and have worked for a number of high-profile companies including Woolworths Group, ASOS.com, Associated British Foods and Forterra PLC.

 

Having worked with such amazing companies in senior HR roles and as an HR Consultant, I have gained a lot of commercial experience which made me realise that some HR solutions are not accessible to smaller businesses which is a real shame because those companies have the potential for the biggest impact!

 

I am based in Daventry, Northamptonshire, however I travel regularly to London and beyond thanks to my ideal location. Additionally, I also work virtually with some of my clients which allows me to provide support to businesses throughout the UK (one of my clients is in Glasgow!). 

 

In February 2020, I decided to set up Rebox HR with the aim of offering tailored HR support to small businesses from all industries. I am pleased to offer a personalised service, where we work together, and you receive dedicated and tailored HR support without a hefty price tag. Whilst the business may be new, it is already making a big impact; Rebox HR has been nominated for a Woman Who award and The Small Awards!

 

Some of my clients include retailers, engineering companies, cleaning services, property management companies, estate agencies, tech start-ups, garages, independent traders, pubs and restaurants.

 

I am fully CIPD qualified to a level 7 and currently hold Associate CIPD status. Additionally, I am a member of BNI Milton Keynes and actively work with the CIPD regularly to develop policies and supporting programmes such as the CIPD Steps Ahead programme that I am an ambassador for. I am also a published Author, I have featured in many HR publications; People Management, HR News, HR Grapevine and with my initiative “HR Acts of Kindness” in Be Kind magazine (October 2019 edition). My book “Launch Your HR Career” is published in September 2020 and I am award nominated HR blogger.
